Results of Annual General Meeting
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment and cultural markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.
The final voting for those resolutions that were approved by a poll vote are set out below:-
