PDMR notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 26 March 2021 that, Bill Russell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 March 2021, at an average price of 580 pence per share.
Following the purchase on 26 March 2021, Bill Russell holds an interest of 45,307 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
