PDMR notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 27 January 2020 that, Bill Russell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 January 2020, at an average price of 345 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Bill Russell holds an interest of 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
