The following amendment has been made to the PDMR notification announcement released on 1 November 2021 at 7.00am under RNS No 8067Q.
One error: "pence" after the price of $12.65 has been removed.
All other details remain unchanged.

PDMR notification
accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider to leisure, entertainment, hospitality, attractions and cultural markets, was notified on 28 October 2021 that Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 October 2021 at a price of $12.65 per share via US OTC markets.
Following this purchase, Steve Brown holds an interest of 686,774 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.66 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
