Accrol Group Holdings plc (AIM:ACRL) is pleased to announce that the circular and notice of general meeting notifying shareholders of a general meeting for the purpose of considering the relevant resolutions to effect the placing announced on 20 November 2017 is being posted to shareholders today.
The meeting is to be held at the offices of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, Eversheds House, 70 Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester, M1 5ES at 11.00 a.m. on 8 December 2017.
