Accrol Group Holdings plc, the AIM listed leading independent tissue converter, is pleased to announce that is has been notified that Stephen Crossley, CEO of Accrol, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of ÂŁ0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares") via his SIPP on 29th September 2016 at a price of 132p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Stephen has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
