Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM

Further to the announcement of the Audited Final Results on 2 September 2020, the Company announces that it will post its Annual Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2020 together with a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to its shareholders on Tuesday 29 September 2020 and that copies are now available on the Company's website, www.accrol.co.uk.

The AGM of the Company will be held at 10.00am on 27 October 2020. The Board strongly urges shareholders to follow the Government's public health instructions in respect of COVID-19. To that end, the AGM will be held as a closed meeting and shareholders are encouraged to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy.
