The revised announcement should read as follows:
Watermark advises shareholders that, owing to an administrative delay, the listing of the shares of Mine Restoration Investments Limited ("MRI") (formerly known as Capricorn Investment Holdings Limited) on the AltX of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, which was set to take place today, has been delayed. It is now anticipated that this will take place on or around 25 June 2012 which will comlete the acquisition of Western Utiities Corporation (Pty) Ltd by MRI from Watermark.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate to update shareholders on the progress of the transaction.
