Lapse of Memorandum of Understanding and Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding
The Board wishes to inform shareholders and potential investors that the Company and the Vendor had not entered into any legally binding Formal Agreement by 30 April 2011 and the Memorandum of Understanding and Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding thereby lapsed on 1 May 2011.
After the lapse of the Memorandum of Understanding and Supplemental Memorandum of Understanding, the Board is actively seeking other potential investment opportunities in the PRC.
