Asian Citrus was notified on 6 June 2013 that Mr. Sung Chi Keung ("Mr. Eric Sung") sold 379,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company on 3 June 2013 at an average price of HK$3.049 (25.59 pence*) per share.

Mr. Sung Chi Keung is an executive director of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr. Sung now holds 141,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.011% of the Company's issued capital and 4,560,000 employee share options.
