Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan
Tawa plc ("the Company") announces that it has been advised that on 15 October 2008 the Trustees of the Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the 'Plan'), purchased 18,000 Tawa plc ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of £0.69p per share to satisfy awards granted to the Company's executive directors and employees on 17 July 2008. Including the purchase made on 15 October the Trustees have acquired 361,000 shares to satisfy these awards.
The registered holder of the shares is Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Tawa plc Employee Benefit Trust.
