Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan

Tawa plc ("the Company") announces that it was advised on 10 October 2008 that the Trustees of the Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the 'Plan'), purchased 18,000 Tawa plc ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of £0.77p per share to satisfy awards granted to the Company's executive directors and employees on 17 July 2008. Including the purchase made on 10 October the Trustees have acquired 307,000 shares to satisfy these awards.

The registered holder of the shares is Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Tawa plc Employee Benefit Trust.
