Accident Exchange Group PLC15 March 2007 15 March 2007 Accident Exchange Group Plc (the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for 1,190,477 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company("Shares"), to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the LondonStock Exchange's main market for listed securities ("Admission"). The Shares were allotted by the Company on 14 March 2007 to the vendors of DCMLLimited (the "Vendors") at a price of 252p per Share (being the mid market priceof the Company's ordinary shares for the five days prior to the date ofallotment of the Shares). The Shares were allotted in full and final satisfaction of the £3,000,000 indeferred consideration payable in respect of the previously announcedacquisition of DCML Limited which completed on 5 May 2006. Admission is expected to become effective on Tuesday 20 March 2007.
