14 May 2015 Acacia Mining plc LSE:ACA ("Acacia" or the "Company") Conversion Rate for the 2014 Final Dividend Further to the announcement of the arrangements for the 2014 final dividendprovided with the Company's 2014 preliminary results, Acacia has determinedthat the exchange rate to be applied to the 2014 final dividend is £1.00=US$1.5482. The sterling equivalent of the dividend of 2.8 cents per share willbe approximately 1.8 pence per share. The final dividend will be paid on 29 May 2015 to shareholders on the registeron 8 May 2015.
