Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC26 October 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Director Dealing The Company was notified on 26 October 2007 that Mr Charles Nicolson, on 25 October 2007 sold 17,270 Ordinary shares of 4p each registered in his name, at 239p per share. On the same day the shares were purchased at the same price through theSelf-Invested Personal Pension Scheme of Mr Nicolson administered and registered in the name of OTX Securities Limited. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicolson's interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 900,698 Ordinary shares representing 1.66% of the Company's total issued share capital. The Company further announces a transfer of shares was approved today in respect of 10,000 Ordinary shares of 4p in the capital of the Company held by Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee") as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the ESOP"). Following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company ("the Employee") at an exercise price of 28.5p per share and the transfer approved pursuant to the exercise on 25 October 2007 of 10,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each held by the Trustee to the Employee, the Trustee now holds 329,250 Ordinary shares in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 0.61% of the Company's issued share capital.
