Director Dealing
The Company announces that it received notice today from Mr D A L Page, of his exercise of options over 100,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 45.5p per share under the unapproved share option scheme.
Following the above transaction, Mr Page's beneficial interest in the Company's shares has increased to 818,352 Ordinary shares of 4p each, which is equivalent to 1.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Mr Page is a director of Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited ("the Trustee"), the Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust which holds 604,250 Ordinary shares of 4p each in the capital of the Company which is equivalent to 1.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
Exercise of Options by Employee
The Company received today from an employee, a letter of exercise of options over 5,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 107.5p per share under the approved executive share option scheme
Application for Admission to Listing
The Company further announces that that application has today been made for 105,000 new Ordinary 4p shares to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercises of share options under the schemes detailed above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new ordinary shares on 20 June 2008.
Following the exercise of share options the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 54,937,891 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,042,891 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
