Exercise of Options by Employee
The Company announces that it received on 12th April 2010, a letter of exercise from an employee in respect of an exercise of options over 50,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a purchase price of 74.5p per share granted under the un-approved share option scheme.
Application for Admission to Listing
The Company further announces that application has today been made for 50,000 new Ordinary 4p shares ("Shares") to be admitted to listing pursuant to the exercise of share options under the scheme detailed above. It is expected that dealings will commence in the new Shares on 19th April 2010.
Following the exercise of share options, the issued share capital of the Company will be increased from 55,439,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each to 55,489,274 Ordinary shares of 4p each.
