London, 17 December 2019 - AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, announces that on 16th December 2019, to satisfy institutional demand, Matthew Hubbard, a Director of AB Dynamics plc and an employee for over 20 years, disposed of 40,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of £23.2151 pence per share, representing approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the sale, Mr Hubbard together with his spouse Lyn Fenner remains a significant shareholder interested in 75,243 ABD ordinary shares, their combined holding represents 0.3351% of the Company's issued share capital.
