Voting Rights and Capital
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Aberdeen Group plc ('the Company') hereby notifies that, as at 31 October 2025, the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,840,743,981 ordinary shares with each share carrying the right to one vote.
The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company, as at 31 October 2025, is therefore 1,840,743,981
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
