Notification of Interest of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
abrdn plc ("the Company") announces that on 17 June 2024 Jonathan Asquith sold 128,002 Ordinary Shares of 1361/63 pence each in the Company and his spouse Sarah Asquith purchased the same number of shares.
Following the trade, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Asquith and persons closely associated with him in the Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 205,864 shares.
This announcement below is made in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR.
