Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: The Company's issued share capital consists of 35,950,642 Ordinary Shares of 1p each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The above figure of 35,950,642 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
