Trading Update
Imaginatik plc (AIM:IMTK.L), a provider of collaborative innovation software and processes, announces a trading update for the year ended 31 March 2010.
Further to the announcement of 4 March 2010, revenue for the year is expected to be £4.55m (FY09: £4.58m). This is slightly lower than previously anticipated due to contract negotiations on a particular project not completing in the final quarter. This contract is currently at the procurement stage and expected to close imminently.
The operating loss before share option charges for the year ended 31 March 2010 is expected to be £1.26m (FY09: profit £0.13m), reflecting the increased spend during the year on sales and marketing activities.
The Company closed the year with a strong cash position of £1.51m (31 March 2009: £1.14m) and with receivables of £1.36m (31 March 2009: £1.40m).
The Board remains confident of the future of Imaginatik and will update shareholders on progress at the time of the final results in mid June 2010.
