Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of technology products and consultancy, has today been notified that on 25 February 2014 Rockspring, a company wholly owned by David Gammon, Non Executive Director, and his immediate family, purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.0625 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.075 pence per Ordinary Share.
Subsequent to this purchase David is now beneficially interested in 128,442,564 Ordinary Shares representing 4.14 per cent. of the share capital of Imaginatik.
