PDMR Shareholding
Anglo Asian Mining plc ("Anglo Asian" or the "Company"), the AIM listed gold, copper and silver producer in Azerbaijan, announces that Ilham Khalilov, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR"), has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The sale was completed in two transactions:
- 72,000 Ordinary Shares sold at £2.05 per Ordinary Share on 8 October 2025
- 28,000 Ordinary Shares sold at £2.05 per Ordinary Share on 9 October 2025
Following the above transactions, Mr Khalilov has no interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
