Director's Shareholding
Following the announcement dated 12 March 2015, Anglo Asian Mining plc, the AIM listed gold producer in Azerbaijan, announces that it was informed today that Mr John Monhemius, Non-executive Director of the Company bought 30,584 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 8.45 pence per share on 19 March 2015.
Following the completion of this transaction, Mr Monhemius' total beneficial ownership in the company is 184,798 Ordinary shares (which represents approximately 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital). 57,243 Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of Johanna Monhemius' ISA, 127,555 Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of John Monhemius' ISA.
