Transaction in Own Shares

London and Lagos, 07 July 2026: Airtel Africa announces that in the period 29 June 2026 to 03 July 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of USD 0.50 each from Barclays Capital Securities Limited ("Barclays") pursuant to the authority granted by its shareholders as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 22 May 2026.

Aggregate information:

The purchased ordinary shares will be cancelled.

Since the commencement of the buyback programme with Barclays Capital Securities Limited announced on 22 May 2026, the Company has purchased 11,008,790 ordinary shares in aggregate, at a volume weighted average price of 341.56 GBp per ordinary share.
