REDEEMABLE ORDINARY SHARES

Overview

Amedeo Air Four Plus Limited (LSE:AA4, LEI:21380056PDNOTWERG107) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Declaration of Dividend

Pursuant to the RNS announcement released by the Company on 23 September 2020, the directors of the Company have declared an interim dividend of 1.15 pence per Redeemable Ordinary Share in respect of the financial year ending 31 March 2021.

This dividend will be payable on or around 30 October 2020 to holders of record 23 October 2020. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 22 October 2020.

Once there is greater clarity on the prospective financial position of the Company and its subsidiaries which is dependent on the long-term financial viability of its two aircraft lessees, Emirates and Thai Airways, the Board will re-assess whether continuous quarterly dividends can be resumed and, if so, at what applicable rate per Share.
