Catalyst Housing Limited announces new interim Chief Executive

20 August 2021

Following the announcement of the proposed merger between Catalyst Housing Limited and Peabody, and the secondment of Ian McDermott to the role of Interim Chief Executive for Peabody from October 2021, Catalyst is pleased to announce that Sarah Thomas, Catalyst's existing Deputy Chief Executive, will become the Interim Chief Executive for Catalyst from this date.

A proposed executive structure, should merger go ahead, will see Tim Jennings, Executive Director of Finance at Catalyst become the designate Executive Director of Integration for the newly formed group, with Phil Jenkins, Group Development Director at Catalyst, proposed as designate executive for development within the new group.
