On 8 November 2022, Futures Homescape Limited and Futures Homeway Limited (both Original Borrowers) converted from companies limited by guarantee to registered societies within the meaning of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (CCBSA) pursuant to section 115 of the CCBSA.

Futures Homescape Limited is now registered as a charitable community benefit society under the CCBSA with registered number 8970.

Futures Homeway Limited is now registered as a charitable community benefit society under the CCBSA with registered number 8973.
