NATS (En Route) plc (the "Issuer")
£300,000,000 1.750% SENIOR UNSECURED BULLET BONDS DUE 2033 and
£450,000,000 1.375% SENIOR UNSECURED AMORTISING BONDS DUE 2031
(THE "BONDS")
The Issuer today announces the pricing of £300,000,000 1.750% senior unsecured bullet bonds due 2033 and £450,000,000 1.375% senior unsecured amortising bonds due 2031. The Issuer intends to use the proceeds of the Bonds for the repayment of existing debt and general corporate purposes.
Settlement and delivery of the Bonds is expected to take place on or about 6 May 2021.
