Tangiers Petroleum Limited (ASX:TPT, AIM:TPET, "the Company") wishes to advisethat it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of 180,001 fully paidordinary shares in the Company that have previously been issued as a result ofthe exercise of options in the Company at an exercise price of A$0.16. Theseshares have previously been quoted in the total number of shares on issue buthad not yet been admitted to AIM. Trading in the new shares on AIM is expectedto commence on or around 28 December 2012.
As previously notified, the Company currently has 130,429,576 fully paidordinary shares on issue.
