In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, 888 makes the following declaration:

As at 30 April 2022, the issued share capital and voting rights of 888 are as follows:

888's issued share capital consists of 446,265,077 Ordinary GBP£0.005 shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary share).

Therefore the total number of voting rights in 888 is 446,265,077.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, 888 Holdings plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
