Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares of 888 Holdings plc ("Shares") arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee Share Plan.
On 7 April 2013, options to purchase Shares at a nil exercise price ("Awards") were granted under the 888 All-Employee Share Plan to the following PDMR, as set out below. The numbers of shares stated are the maximum available to the PDMR. The number of shares was based on the closing price of the Shares on the date of grant.

The Awards shall vest in their entirety on 7 April 2016, subject to fulfilment of performance conditions determined by the Remuneration Committee, such that the earliest date on which the PDMR will normally become entitled to such Awards is 7 April 2016.
