Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
888 (LSE: 888), one of the world's leading online betting and gaming companies, is pleased to announce as follows:
Following notifications made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) as adopted under UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended) and as supplemented by The Market Abuse (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (SI 2019/310) and in accordance with Article 19(3) thereof, 888 Holdings Plc (the "Company") notifies the following transaction by a person discharging managerial responsibilities (a PDMR) in ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
On 19 May 2021, the Company was notified that Lord Jon Mendelsohn, Non-executive Chairman at 888, acquired 26,000 Ordinary Shares on 19 May 2021, at a price of 384.70p each (the "Transaction").
Post this Transaction, Lord Mendelsohn holds an interest of 26,000 Ordinary Shares.
