Appointment of Executive Director

888, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment and solutions providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Itai Pazner as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr. Pazner will continue to act as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

In accordance with LR 9.6.15 of the Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there is no information to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R with respect to Itai Pazner.
