Resignation of independent non-executive director
The Company announces that Ron McMillan has resigned from the Board with immediate effect, in order to focus on his other commitments. The Board thanks Mr McMillan sincerely for his service to the Company and commitment since his appointment and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
A replacement independent non-executive director will be appointed in due course.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014.
