Changes to the Board of directors

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 9 May 2007 notifying that Mr Roger Williams was appointed as executive director and chief financial officer of the Company, with effect from 1 August 2007.

Shareholders are notified that Mr Williams is succeeding Mr Neale Axelson who, on 6 September 2006, announced his intention to retire from the Company.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Axelson for his valuable contribution to the Company during his 35 years of outstanding service.
