Yarlington Treasury Services PLC (the Issuer)

£120,000,000 3.41 per cent. Secured Bond due 2057 (the Bond)

Notice is hereby given to the holders of the Bond that members of the Abri Group have effected a corporate reorganisation.

As of 31 March 2021, each of Drum Housing Association Limited and Portal Housing Association Limited has transferred its engagements to Yarlington Housing Group (a Borrower under the Bond structure), pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. These transfers of engagements fall within the definition of Permitted Re-organisations under the Bonds.
