Silva to join Abri as a subsidiary
Yarlington Treasury Services PLC (the Issuer)
£120,000,000 3.41 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2057 (the Bonds)
The boards of Abri Group Limited (Abri) and Silva Housing Limited (Silva) have approved proposals for Silva to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Abri.
The target date for formal completion is early October, subject to lender consents.
Discussions about a potential partnership were first announced in March this year.
