Bupa Finance plc publishes prospectus in relation to its offering of EUR 500 million Fixed Rate Notes due 12 October 2030

Bupa Finance plc today announces that it has published a prospectus in relation to its EUR 500 million 5.00 per cent. fixed rate notes due 12 October 2030 (the "Senior Notes").

The Senior Notes will be issued by Bupa Finance plc on 12 October 2023. The Senior Notes are guaranteed by The British United Provident Association Limited ("Bupa").
