Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
1) Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 in respect of an issue by British Telecommunications public limited company ("BT") of EUR 1,100,000,000 1.000 per cent. Notes due 21 November 2024 (the "2024 Notes");
2) Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 in respect of an issue by BT of GBP 500,000,000 3.125 per cent. Notes due 21 November 2031 (the "2031 Notes"); and
3) Final Terms dated 17 November 2017 in respect of an issue by BT of GBP 250,000,000 3.625 per cent. Notes due 21 November 2047 (the "2047 Notes" and, together with the 2024 Notes and the 2031 Notes, the "Notes").
The Notes are issued under the U.S.$15,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.
The Final Terms in respect of each of the 2024 Notes, the 2031 Notes and the2047 Notes, respectively, must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated16 June 2017, as supplemented by the Supplement dated 13 November 2017, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus") which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Article 5.4 of Directive 2003/71/EC, as amended.
Full information on BT, and in respect of each of the 2024 Notes, the 2031 Notes and the 2047 Notes, respectively, is only available on the basis of the combination of the Prospectus and the Final Terms in respect of each of the 2024 Notes, the 2031 Notes and the 2047 Notes, respectively.
