CHANGE OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Michael Chinn, Executive Director of Finance and Governance, Board Member and Company Secretary at Saxon Weald and Saxon Weald Capital Plc, to leave after six years

Michael joined Saxon Weald in March 2020 from Croydon Churches Housing Association and prior to that Thames Valley Housing.

During his time at Saxon Weald, Michael has contributed significantly to the organisation's financial growth and stability. He also acted as Chief Executive for a period of time earlier in 2025 following the departure of the previous Chief Executive. Under his financial leadership, Saxon Weald has maintained an excellent credit rating and secured key investment opportunities, strengthening the organisation's financial position.

Speaking about the announcement, Michael said:

I am incredibly grateful that in my time at Saxon Weald I have had the privilege to work alongside and with wonderful people who truly put the customer first and seek to deliver the social purpose which is held dear.
