(the Bonds)

On 7 June 2012, the Issuer issued £225,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds based on a prospectus dated 31 May 2012. The proceeds of the Bonds are on-lent to Saxon Weald.

On 20 October 2023, the Issuer authorised a cancellation of £20,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds.

£205,000,000 in principal amount of the Bonds remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
