Board changes

Saxon Weald Capital plc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Saxon Weald (a registered Community Benefit Society, Reg. no: 7971), announces that Rachel McGoff has been appointed as Saxon Weald's new Executive Director of Finance & Governance and a Board Member of both Saxon Weald and Saxon Weald Capital plc.

Rachel joins from the Guinness Partnership where she has been Head of Financial Accounting and Reporting since 2021. Rachel is a qualified accountant (ACA) who originally trained as an auditor with KPMG. She has extensive experience in housing association and charity finance and a strong track record in leading improvements and developing high performing teams. Rachel also has expertise in ESG reporting, and currently co-chairs a social housing sector Sustainable Housing Strategy Group.
