Publication of Amended and Restated Final Terms
The Republic of Angola (represented by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Angola) issued U.S.$1,750,000,000 8.00 per cent. Notes due 2029 and U.S.$1,250,000,000 9.125 per cent. Notes due 2049 on 26 November 2019 (together, the "Notes") pursuant to its Global Medium Term Note Programme and under final terms dated 22 November 2019, in each case which have been amended and restated to correct a manifest error relating to the basis on which the Fixed Coupon Amount was originally calculated in paragraph 17(c) in each final terms.
The amended and restated final terms (the "Amended and Restated Final Terms") in respect of each series of Notes are available in full by pasting the following URLs into the address bar of your browser:
