3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company")

On 6 November 2014 the Company announced the appointment of Mr Douglas Bannister as a non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 January 2015, subject to the consent of the Jersey Financial Services Commission in accordance with the conditions attached to the Company's Collective Investment Fund Permit.

The Company announces that Mr Bannister's appointment took effect on 1 January 2015 following receipt of the necessary approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.13R of the FCA's Listing Rules.
