3i Infrastructure plc (the "Company")

On 17 February 2014 the Company announced that pursuant to the relationship agreement dated 20 February 2007 between 3i Group plc and the Company, 3i Group had nominated Mr Ian Lobley as a non-executive Director of the Company to replace Mr Ben Loomes. The Company announces that Mr Lobley's appointment took effect on 6 May 2014 following receipt of the necessary approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with rule 9.6.13R of the FCA's Listing Rules.
