3i Infrastructure plc 

3i Infrastructure plc ("the Company") announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing Authority for, respectively, admission to trading and admission to the Official List of a blocklisting of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value. 

These shares, which (when issued), will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, are for the purposes of allotment in connection with conversions from time to time of the Company's listed warrants.
