Publication of Final Terms
The following final terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms dated 27 February 2009 for Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited's £300,000,000 Sub-Class A11 6.125 per cent. Guaranteed Unwrapped Bonds due 31 March 2019 issued under its multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds (the "Programme").
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Bonds and must be read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 27 February 2009 (the "Prospectus") relating to the Programme, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
