The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
Prospectus dated 27 February 2009 in relation to Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited's multicurrency programme for the issuance of Guaranteed Bonds.
The Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the audited non-consolidated financial statements, including the independent auditors' reports, for Southern Water Services (Finance) Limited, Southern Water Services Limited, SWS Holdings Limited and SWS Group Holdings Limited, for the financial year ended 31 March 2007 and the financial year ended 31 March 2008, which are incorporated by reference in the Prospectus and are also available to the public for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
